Jonathan’s Journey to AssocRICS
Jonathan joined Ken Batty Chartered Surveyors after completing his BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience working across various aspects of the practice, developing his knowledge and practical skills under expert guidance. His AssocRICS qualification is a testament to his hard work and the high standards upheld by our team.

Now, as an RICS-qualified surveyor, Jonathan continues his professional development as he works towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and an RICS Registered Valuer.
